1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Simlio mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the App. These Terms apply to all users of the App, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

2. Service Description

Simlio is a mobile application that enables users to purchase, activate, and manage eSIM (embedded SIM) data plans for international travel and connectivity. Our services include:

  • Browsing and purchasing eSIM data plans
  • Activating and managing eSIM subscriptions
  • Monitoring data usage and plan validity
  • Accessing installation guides and support

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the App at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Your use of the App is tied to your device identifier. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your device
  • All activities that occur under your device identifier
  • Ensuring your device is compatible with eSIM technology
  • Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Providing accurate information when making purchases

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are made through Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) using their respective payment systems:

  • Prices are displayed in your local currency as determined by the app stores
  • All payments are processed securely through Apple or Google
  • Purchases are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time
  • Credits purchased are non-transferable and tied to your device
  • eSIM plans are subject to availability and may vary by region

By making a purchase, you represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method selected.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
  • Use automated systems to access the App without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the App.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Simlio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App, use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without permission, remove any copyright or proprietary notices, or use the App's content for commercial purposes without authorization.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIMLIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM your use or inability to use the App, any unauthorized access to or use of our servers, any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App, any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of eSIM services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, you may lose access to purchased credits or eSIM plans, and we may delete your account and associated data.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Simlio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use the App after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
